Message Brakes, even a crappy DD. 60 down to 10 because if you come to a complete stop while the parts are hot, the pad will leave material on the hot rotor. Perhaps this could be the cause of the run out you are measuring.

For my brake in on my CZP kit, I went behind my local Stop and Shop at about 11:30/midnight. Got up to 60, slam on the brakes, slow to 10, u-turn, repeat.
